Afro Samurai: Resurrection

Afro's revenge is only satiated for a brief moment of peace before having to start his journey on the road for revenge all over again. Even more so than the first movie installment, this sequel and continuation of the story requires a suspension of disbelief.

Just as the original, you can expect highly detailed and naturalistic environments running along with long epic combat. If you haven't seen the first, you have to before you watch this one, and if you didn't like the first one, you won't like this one any more.

Starting off in the first few minutes, we find that Afro has obtained the Number One Headband and despite his attempts to remain hidden from society, the fighting always comes to him and is forced to take on increasing odds. His father becomes the focal point once more pushing Afro into a position to regain his own vengeance, as well as ensure that his father can finally rest in peace.
